Hand picked and wild fermented as always. A bright example from Macedon grown at 570masl on light granitic sandy loam. Co-fermented with a samll amount of chardonnay that is speckled throughout the syrah vines. Partial whole bunch, pressed and aged in puncheon for 10 months. Racked by gravity and bottled in Feburary 2020 with no additions except for a whisper of sulphur (30ppm). Unfiltered and unfined as always.
